ICRSP 2024 conference

MDI Murshidabad successfully hosted the International Conference on Resilience and Sustainability Performance (ICRSP 2024), a two-day conference that brought together researchers, academicians, and practitioners from around the world.

The conference was inaugurated by the Director of MDI Murshidabad, Dr. Ajay K. Jain, chaired by Dr. Niharika Gaan and Dr. Amrita Sengupta, followed by eminent keynote speakers.

Day 1 featured three research paper presentations and two interactive workshops, offering a platform for knowledge exchange and collaborative discussions.

Day 2 continued with three additional paper presentations, a workshop session, and two insightful presentations, ending in a valedictory address.

It offered an international platform for showcasing innovative research in resilience and sustainable performance, fostering the exchange of ideas, appreciation of research talents, and motivation for students, scholars, and academicians.
