Phenomenally spectacular placement of MDI Murshidabad in Covid times exceeding competitors

We are extremely proud and delighted to share with you the Snapshot for Final Placements of the 2020-2022 Batch of MDI Murshidabad. In this season, we have achieved placements in record time, and we saw a significant rise over last year’s placements. The average compensation for the batch increased to 11.3 LPA which saw a YOY increase of more than 24.6% and the median compensation for the batch rose to 10 LPA which saw a YOY increase of 25% from the previous year.

This year’s placements also saw many new brands offering niche roles from various industries such as BFSI, IT, Consulting, Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, Retail, and others participating in the process and strengthening their trust in brand MDI Murshidabad. We would like to share our heartfelt gratitude to all our recruiters who were involved in the Placement Process this year. We are hopeful of continuing this fruitful association and building stronger ties over many more years to come.

We are elated to share that we have taken a momentous leap to set ourselves as one of the Top B-Schools especially in the Eastern Part of India. MDI Murshidabad has grown from strength to strength this year and hopes to use this year as a benchmark to improve even further and continue establishing itself as one of the premier B-Schools in the country.

We would also like to thank our Director, Prof. Dr. Atmanand Sir for his guidance and motivation through this Placement Season.
