Introduce Oracle PeopleSoft ERP (HCM & FSCM Module) at MDIM

It gives us immense pleasure to introduce Oracle PeopleSoft ERP (HCM and FSCM module) under the guidance and support of the Director, Prof(Dr.) Atmanand at MDI Murshidabad.

The HCM module went live In July 2022 and the FSCM module in September 2022. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), operated by software and technology, is the backbone of an integrated management process.

The launch of these modules Is a venture that leads the MDI Murshidabad campus into building a space for seamless flow of information through a single interface, fast and accurate decision making, promotes a paperless administration with proper data reporting and security, and streamlining processes of its various domains for efficient data management. This would greatly help our institute to automate and simplify individual activities and contribute to cross-functional collaborations.

Both the finance and HR modules installed can significantly help MDI Murshidabad keep track of recruitment and payroll management and access other accounting and performance-based metrics for effective communication across the platform.
