MDP on Managing Customer Experiences

MDI Murshidabad is all set to launch its MDP on ‘Managing Customer Experiences’ on 27th and 28th June, 2023 via the Zoom platform under the guidance of Prof (Dr.) Atmanand, Director-MDI Murshidabad.

Dr. Shivani Saini, Assistant Professor-Marketing, MDI Murshidabad is the Programme Director and Resource Person of the program.

The purpose of this programme is to understand the customer journey and performing an impressive experience mapping. An interactive discussion, real-life examples, case studies and checklist based practical exercises will prepare the participants of the program to handle multifaceted real-life complex marketing situations. This program would direct the executives to implement experiential philosophy in their product or service oriented organisations.
