Ms. Dimple Arora is an alumnus of MDI Gurgaon, and currently serving as Managing Director, Accenture leading Business Transformation for large organisations.

Having started her career in Sales & Marketing with GE Capital (then GE Money), Dimple is credited with many firsts to her name in Channel and Product innovation in the financial services domain. She subsequently joined Genpact, a pioneer in business process management, which is where she started her journey as a Change leader and stayed on for 14 years before joining Accenture.

She likes to work in the realm of Transformation – a leader of programs for largescale, enterprise-wide, digital-first change. Through various roles spanning her 23+ years career, she has practiced creating and scaling ideas that result in systemic change with a variety of engagements including Operating Model redesign, Post Merger Integration, Cost Optimization, Startup-to-Scale journeys, Customer Experience improvement and New Product Introductions.

Based in Gurgaon, and a mother of one, she is a passionate advocate and hands-on coach for women in the world of business.
