Ms. Rohini Singh is a Strategic Banking leader with a track record of delivering impactful client solutions that drive long-term business growth. With over 20 years of experience across reputable global companies, she possesses expertise in front-end coverage and operations within the banking domain. Rohini is known for her ability to develop diverse teams, engage clients, originate, and execute deals, and drive bold organizational changes.

She started her career journey in 2002 at Axis Bank Mumbai, where she played a pivotal role in developing product and sales strategies for cash management for Institutional Banking clients. Advancing to Citibank, she led a PAN India team, driving acquisition sales and strategy for subsidiaries of Global Relationships, covering a comprehensive range of Corporate Banking Products Joining Deutsche Bank in 2013 as Director and Head of Corporate Coverage for North and East India, Rohini’s responsibilities expanded over the years. She led Corporate Coverage for MNC subsidiaries and Large Local Corporates, which entailed new client origination, acting as a trusted advisor to existing clients, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring meticulous risk and compliance management.

Rohini is currently serving as the Vice President & Head APAC Operations of Banking & Capital Markets along with Global lead for Commercial Lease and Lending at Genpact overseeing a team of 3000+ across global delivery centers. Her focus lies in accelerating growth, driving digital penetration, leading transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless operations.

Driven by her passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Rohini actively fosters an inclusive work environment. She recognizes the importance of the mental health and well-being of her team members, advocating for their support and providing resources for their holistic growth.

Rohini holds a post-graduation degree in management from MDI, Gurgaon, and a graduation degree in Mathematics Hons from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi. Her strong affiliation with MDI spans over a decade, during which she has made contributions as a visiting faculty, advisor on International Finance course material, and keynote speaker for incoming batches.
