[Theme- Integrating Sustainability, Technology and Research for Value Creation]

The 5th edition of International Conference on Changing Business Paradigm (ICCBP) aims at capturing role of integrating sustainability, technology and research for value creation. It seeks to deliberate upon the emerging theories, concepts and models in general, practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in particular with respect to different functionalities of management. This conference endeavours to create forum for academician, researchers, industry practitioners and students to share their ideas and research findings, and address contemporary issues and challenges in business and industry. Additionally, it attempts to propagate a research centric culture in various domains of management as well as interdisciplinary and allied fields both in Indian and global contexts.

The ICCBP 2025 will witness the presence of delegates from across the globe including academicians, researchers and corporates. The twenty globally renowned research oriented academicians and corporates will share their views and help to streamline the research path in line with the theme of the conference “Integrating Sustainability, Technology and Research for Value Creation”.

The conference will be inaugurated by Dr. Prem Vrat; Chairman, BOG, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, Ex- Chairman (IIT Mandi), Former Director (IIT Roorkee), Former VC (UPTU Lucknow). The guest of honour of the event will be Dr. Sunil Shukla; Director General, Entrepreneurship Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad, Sh. Rajiv Gulati; Independent Consultant, Former President (Ranbaxy Laboratories), Former MD Eli Lilly (India).

The driving and motivating force for ICCBP 2025 is, Dr Ajay K. Jain, Director, MDIM and Patron of the event. The conference chairs are Dr Biranchi Narayan Swar, Dr Neeraj Singhal. We wish to have a great event ahead during Jan 9-11, 2025.
