The three days, 5th International Conference on Changing Business Paradigm (ICCBP 2025) with sub theme ““Integrating Sustainability, Technology and Research for Value Creation”, inaugurated on Jan 9, 2025. The occasion graced with the esteemed presence of Prof Prem Vrat, Chairman, BOG, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, Prof Sunil Shukla, Director General, EDII, Ahmedabad, Sh. Rajiv Gulati, Independent Consultant. The conference declared open by, Prof Ajay K. Jain, Director, MDI Murshidabad and Patron ICCBP 2025. The conference Chaired by Dr Biranchi Narayan Swar and Dr Neeraj Singhal.

The event witnessed the presence of more than 120 participants, including delegates from across the globe including academicians, researchers and corporates. Forty-one papers, were presented during the three days, Jan 9-11, 2025. Fourteen research oriented academicians chaired 07 tracks and provided their valuable and insightful comments to presenters.

The event concluded in the presence of esteemed Chief Guest Prof Yogesh Uppadhay, Vice Chancellor, ITM University, Gwalior, Prof Ajay K. Jain, Director, MDI Murshidabad. The Conference Chair Dr Biranchi Narayan Swar presented the conference summary and vote of thanks delivered by Dr Neeraj Singhal.
