Four-day MDP on “Leading and Managing in the 21st Century” for the Executives of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited.

MDIM launched its 4 days MDP on “Leading and Managing in the 21st Century” for the executives of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (A Government of India Undertaking- Ministry of Defence) scheduled between 01st – 02nd & 08th – 09th September 2023.

The MDP was inaugurated on 1st September 2023 by Director (Personnel)-GRSE, GM(HR&A)-GRSE and Dr. Debasis Chanda-Dean-CE, MDIM at Kolkata.

The MDP was divided into two modules and participants got value addition on Creation and Manage of Projects Efficiently, Effectively Managing Time, Cost & Quality Performance in Projects, Digitization for Business Effectiveness, Managing Digital Transformation, Effective Leadership-Managing Roles and Interpersonal Skills, Presentation Skills, Persuasion and Augmentation, Conflict Management, Understanding & Managing Conflicts within & across teams and many more.

The MDP was being conducted under inspiration and guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Atmanand, Director-MDI Murshidabad.

Dr. Debasis Chanda and Dr. Amrita Sengupta were the Program Directors for this MDP.
