He explained that when we’re mindful, our performance is enhanced, stress is reduced and we are able to suspend judgement and that gives rise to creativity. Many students could relate to the fact that the society expects us to be mindful but nobody tells how to achieve it. Shri Sunil Jain stands as a great example of someone who has achieved it all. He talked about certain ways such as meditation to overcome the distractions that stop us from achieving our highest potential. Mindfulness meditation helps us slow down our thoughts and release negativity. It helps us focus on “The Now”. As managers these are some really important qualities that one must inculcate.
