International Conference on Changing Business Paradigm (ICCBP) – 2021

MDI Murshidabad conducted a virtual International Conference on “Changing Business Paradigm -ICCBP 2021″, from March 19, 2021, to March 21, 2021. The objective of the conference is to bring academicians, researcher scholars, and practitioners on a single platform to maintain discourse on the potential research areas that can facilitate in overcoming crisis during and Post Covid-19. The three-day long conference witnessed the contribution from 120 scholars from Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, Strategy, IT and Operations domain. The conference welcomed Prof. (Dr.) Neharika Vohra (Vice Chancellor, Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University, New Delhi), as the chief guest. The conference invited several notable keynote speakers which included – Prof. Sanjiv Mittal (Vice Chancellor Sambalpur University), Dr. R K Singh (Professor, MDI Gurgaon), Dr Rajat Agarwal (Professor, IIT Roorkee), Dr Aviral Kumar Tiwari (Associate Professor Rajagiri Business School, Kochi), Dr Pratap Biswal, (Professor, MDI Gurgaon), Dr Ramendra Singh (Associate Professor, IIM Calcutta), Dr Rajat Panwar, (Associate Professor, Walker College of Business, Appalachian University, Boone, USA). The interactive and informative sessions enabled attendees to look at the pandemic and probable solutions through holistic lens. This conference has opened up series of potential areas that can be thoroughly addressed in forthcoming conference sessions at MDI Murshidabad.

Prof. Dr. Atmanand was the Patron of the conference while Dr. Biranchi Naryan Swar, Dr. Neeraj Singhal were Conference Chair, Dr. Chetan G K, Dr. Niharika Gaan were Conference Co-chair, and Dr. Yukti Sharma was Conference Convenor. We hope to organize many more events of such grandeur and splendid experience.
