Management Development Institute, Murshidabad, is honoured to welcome its new Director, Professor (Dr.) Ajay Kumar Jain. The Institute is privileged to have him as Director to lead the institution into a new era of growth, innovation and accomplishment.

His extensive career includes his role as a Professor of Leadership and Organizational Design at MDI Gurgaon since 2003, along with visiting professorships at several esteemed institutions worldwide. Dr. Jain has also served as Director of the Institute of Management Studies in Ghaziabad. His contributions to management education were recognized in 2019 when ASSOCHAM and Education Post honoured him as a charismatic leader.
