Marketing Training Program on “Boost Your Marketing Intelligence”

MDIM launched the third three days customized marketing training program on “Boost Your Marketing Intelligence” for LIC’s Development Officers from 18th to 20th July 2022.

The programme was inaugurated on 18th July 2022.

The objectives of the program are to educate and accelerate the learning process of the Development Officers of LIC in the area of Marketing. This program will help them to understand their customer in a better way and also to create value for their customers.

Prof. (Dr.) Atmanand, Director-MDI Murshidabad graced the occasion by his august presence and inaugurated the event. In his message, he welcomed all participants of LIC and thanked them for joining this prestigious training program to enhance their marketing intelligence. He also pointed out that this training programs of MDIM have been customized and designed to meet the requirements of LIC officials. He stressed that the participants should take the benefit of the program and implements the skill learned in their day to day marketing activities.
Dr. Biranchi Narayan Swar, Dean-CE cum Program Director, and Resource Person along with Dr. Naveen Pol, Dr. Ravi Shankar Bhakat, and Dr. Suddhachit Mitra focused upon the fact that this programme on marketing is a great opportunity for the participants to gain the latest happenings in the insurance industry. The participants will come to know about the current trends in the area of customer analytics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Digital marketing, Insurance sector in India, Social media marketing, how to enhance your selling skills, and how to build good communication skills.
