MDI Murshidabad commences Management Development Programme on “The Art of Effective Leadership”

MDI Murshidabad successfully commenced a Management Development Programme (MDP) on “The Art of Effective Leadership” for the executives of MSTC Limited. Four days training program was successfully conducted at MDI Murshidabad Campus, 12-16 August 2024.

The objective of this MDP is to focus on honing leadership skills, styles, strategies so that they can have an integrated understanding about the business. The acquired abilities would assist them in dealing with multiple expectations of the stakeholders in the fast-paced environment. It will help one to achieve higher productivity in an organization by deepening their self-understanding and surrounding, strengthening interpersonal relationships, maintaining harmony in the working environment and leading from the front with compassion and care. As a result, one can experience higher performance at the personal and organizational level. The experiential learning exercises will enable the participants to reflect and cultivate Effective Leadership skills. The well curated course design stresses on application-based exercises and interactive sessions to accelerate the trainees’ learning curve.
