MDI Murshidabad successfully concluded three days MDP between 8th to 10th July 2024 on Growth and Mindset Management for the Executives of LIC.

MDI Murshidabad successfully concluded a three- day Management Development Programme (MDP) on “Growth and Mindset Management” for the Executives of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) conducted between 08-10 July 2024 at MDI Murshidabad Campus.

The objective of this MDP was to focus on training the mind to remove resistance to create the capacity of integrated understanding and an ability to use knowledge intelligently, helping to create behavioural changes within individuals.

The mind training enabled to transform attitudes, gain increased mental control and develop a deeper understanding of reality, of oneself, while ensuring empathy. This programme helped one to achieve higher productivity in an organization by having strong interpersonal relationships, harmonious work environment and an understanding of self and surroundings leading to higher performance level of individuals at the personal and organizational level.

The training prepared the managers to face challenging workplace situations and navigate out of difficult situations using the power of the mind. The modules were delivered using applications and activities with interactive sessions with the trainers.

The Programme Director of the Programme was Dr. Amrita Sengupta.

The program was inaugurated by Dr. Debasis Chanda, Acting Director-MDI Murshidabad, Dr. Biranchi Swar, Dean Academic and Dr. Niharika Gaan, Chairperson-Continuous Education.
