MDIM COGNOS – The Research Seminar Series Commenced

In the third edition of MDIM COGNOS,a monthly research seminar series to exchange research ideas, MDI Murshidabad had the privilege to host Dr. Charles Jebarajakirthy to discuss the topic “Research Grants and Funding for B Schools: Scope and Opportunities”. Dr. Charles is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Marketing, Griffith Business School, Griffith University Australia.

Dr. Charles discussed cooperative relationships with Australian universities for business research as well as research financing. He also mentioned funds from the government and corporates , for whom the real-time problems are going to be solved. There was also discussion regarding a Memorandum of Understanding with MDI Murshidabad’s four Centers of Excellence.

MDIM Cognos launched under the guidance of Prof.(Dr.) Atmanand, Director, MDI Murshidabad, aspires to create a global platform for the exchange of research ideas. The series also aims to generate a momentum of industry-oriented research-based problems by identifying real-world problems and seeking and deciphering tentative solutions.
