MDP on How to Boost Your Sales

MDI Murshidabad is all set to launch its MDP on ‘How to Boost Your Sales” on 21st and 22nd July, 2023 via the Zoom platform under the guidance of Prof (Dr.) Atmanand, Director-MDI Murshidabad.

Prof (Dr.) Biranchi Narayan Swar, Professor-Marketing, and Dean-Academic, MDI Murshidabad is the Programme Director and Resource Person of the program.

The purpose of this programme is to Provide a clear understanding of Sales Management Techniques, Strategise actions by Sales Training and Development Methods, explain the Motivation Concerns of a Sales Team, Design Effective Incentive and Recognition Plans, Managing the Team Building and Technology Competencies. An interactive discussion with real-life examples, case studies and checklist based practical exercises will prepare the participants in the program to handle multifaceted real-life complex marketing scenarios.

The topics to be discussed in this programme include Understanding the Concept of Sales Management, Types of Selling Skills, Sales Management Competencies in B2B and B2C, Improving Sales Performance through Technology, Training and Development of Sales Force, Motivating and Compensating the Sales Force and Contemporary Issues in Sales Management.
