Online Certificate Programme in Human Resource Management

MDIM launched its 5 Days Online Certificate Programme in Human Resource Management, designed for HR executives in junior and middle levels from various industries. The main objectives of the program are to have proficiency in comprehensive understanding of the HR functions, to shape the participants as internal consultants, game changers and change agents for Talent Transformation and Organisational Development.

Prof. (Dr.) Atmanand, Director-MDI Murshidabad inaugurated the event in absentia. In his message, he welcomed all participants from reputed organizations and thanked them joining this Programme. While addressing the participants our Dean-CE Prof. (Dr.) Biranchi Narayan Swar thanked all the HR departments of the organizations for showing interest in our programs and choosing this platforms to enhance their HR skills.

Dr.Tanaya Mishra is the Resource Person for this prestigious MDP. She has more than 25 years of rich experience in organizational transformation, leadership development, change management, employee relations, and coaching. She has been recognized as among Asia’s 40 Most Aspirational Women Leaders in 2018 and was conferred with India’s Best CHRO Award in 2017. Dr. Tanaya was the Managing Director HR, APAC with Accenture. She has the unique and diverse experience of having worked across industries ranging from manufacturing, retail, insurance, and IT/ITeS. She is a Ph.D in Manpower Planning and has a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources with a degree in Law.
