Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Research Methodology and Data Analysis”

MDIM launched its 2 days 12 hours online FDP on “Research Methodology and Data Analysis”, designed for working professionals, researchers, academicians and industry practitioners.

The programme was inaugurated on 10th April 2023.

The objectives of the program are to enhance the analytical abilities and research skills of the young faculties, researchers and practitioners. This program will help them to equip with up to date analytical tools and techniques like R and SPSS.

Prof. (Dr.) Atmanand, Director-MDI Murshidabad graced the occasion by his august presence through web and inaugurated the FDP. In his message, he welcomed all participants from reputed organizations and thanked them for showing faith in MDIM and joining this program. He also elaborated that online FDPs are continuation of MDIM’s initiative to help research scholars and young faculty members to enhance their research capabilities. He also expressed that vision for MDIM is to becoming an internationally renowned business school which will rejuvenate the knowledge and career of the participants of its courses.

Dr. Biranchi Narayan Swar, Program Director and Resource Person along with Dr. Mitra, Dr.Ravi and Dr.Shivani focused upon the fact that this programme on “Research Methodology and Data Analysis” will be a great opportunity for the participants to gain the understanding about various research tools and techniques like identifying the research problem, conducting literature reviews, hypothesis testing using regression and the multivariate data analysis like exploratory factor analysis with few application-based exercises.
