MDIM launched its 3 Days online MDP on Design & Implementation of an Effective Performance Management System, designed for HR executives in junior and middle levels from various industry sectors, managers from different functional streams, and entrepreneurs.
This program aims to achieve the following objectives and outcomes:
- Understand the basic purpose and critical components of PMS.
- Get practical exposure about the current practices in the evolutionary journey of PMS.
- Design / redesign an appropriate Performance Management System as per the business needs.
- Get practical insights in effective implementation of PMS and achieve system effectiveness.
- Re-calibrate the PMS as per the emerging needs of the organization.
- Achieve both the management outcomes by way of results and manage the appraisal process for effective culture building.
- Make the PMS as an effective motivational tool by way of effective linkage to reward and recognition and development of employees.
- Facilitate the skill building in employees by way of ‘appraising skills’ for achieving the purpose of PMS.
- Manage the change by using the appraisal data to navigate the changing world of performance management for positive outcomes.
- Set the benchmarking in this practice area and create credibility and employee engagement.
