MDIM launched its 3 Days online MDP on Design & Implementation of an Effective Performance Management System, designed for HR executives in junior and middle levels from various industry sectors, managers from different functional streams, and entrepreneurs.

This program aims to achieve the following objectives and outcomes:

  • Get practical exposure about the current practices in the evolutionary journey of PMS.
  • Design / redesign an appropriate Performance Management System as per the business needs.

  • Set the benchmarking in this practice area and create credibility and employee engagement.
