Online MDP on “Effective Lean Management in Manufacturing Industry”
MDIM launched its 2 Days 8 Hours online MDP on “Effective Lean Management in Manufacturing Industry”, designed for Corporate Practitioners at executive level, Academicians working in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Manufacturing and other functions.
The programme was inaugurated on 27th November 2020. The program had following five key objectives:
- The participants will be able to understand the philosophy behind the Lean concept.
- They will be equipped with knowledge and skill of waste reduction.
- Participants will be acquainted with the concept of extending the lean practice beyond the boundaries of their organisation.
- Participants will also be able to understand the role of external agencies in implementation of Lean concept.
- Participants will be understand the role of IT in lean practices.
Prof. (Dr.) Atmanand, Director-MDI Murshidabad graced the occasion by his august presence through web and inaugurated the event. In his message, he welcomed all participants from reputed organizations and thanked them for showing faith in MDIM and joining this course. He also elaborated that online MDPs are continuation of MDIM’s initiative to cope up with the surrounding disruption and take advantage of the unprecedented growth of technology. He also expressed that vision for MDIM is to becoming an internationally renowned business school which will rejuvenate the knowledge and career of the participants of its courses.
