Online MDP on Employee Relation-I

MDIM launched its 3 Days 12 Hours online MDP on Employee Relation-I, for the HR Managers, Project Managers, Executives, Legal Managers, Line Managers, Accountants who can manage the worker’s safety, health and welfare successfully, Dispute resolution through inexpensive and fast track machinery, trade union demands and issues in current context and relationship between principal employer, contractors and contract labourers amicably.

The programme was inaugurated on 27th August 2020. The program aims to provide the learners- 1. Bring awareness about the existence of Industrial law and its compliances, 2. Enable the participant aware of the nuances of the industrial law through applications and experiences of practitioners. 3. Bring awareness about the amendments in the Industrial law.

Prof. (Dr.) Atmanand, Director-MDI Murshidabad graced the occasion by his august presence through web and inaugurated the event. In his inaugural address, he elaborated that online MDPs are continuation of MDIM’s initiative to cope up with the surrounding disruption and take advantage of the unprecedented growth of technology. He emphasised that focus of the programme is to bring awareness about Industrial Law and its compliances and will enable participants to know about the nuances of Industrial Law through theory, practises and experience of practitioners, it will also bring awareness about latest amendments in Industrial Law. He also emphasised that MDIM strives to make every student, change masters and thought leaders. MDIM offers global opportunities for its MDP participants through a multicultural blended environment. He also expressed that we at MDIM rejoice in becoming the originators, the implementers and the evaluators of changes around us.

Dr.Niharika Gaan, the Programme Director informed that the focus of the programme is carrying two-pronged benefits i.e. theoretical foundation & understanding and practical application of the provisions mentioned in Industrial relation laws.
