Online MDP on “General Management: Leadership and Management”

MDIM launched its 2 Days 8 Hours online MDP on “General Management: Leadership and Management”, designed for Mid level business professional who are transitioning towards leadership positions and other functions.

The programme was inaugurated on 27 August 2021. This objective of the program to provide actionable insights related to leadership skills which will help participants increase their future prospects.

In this disruptive world, it is immensely critical for professionals to acquire various managerial skills as well as leadership capabilities. A proper balance of both will continue to steer any organization towards attaining new heights and standards. This program aims to provide participants with a fresh perspective on potential leadership roles within their organizations.

Prof. (Dr.) Atmanand, Director-MDI Murshidabad inaugurated the event in absentia on 27 August 2021. In his message, he welcomed all participants from reputed organizations and thanked them joining this Programme.
