Online MDP on General Management Program for Young Managers.

MDIM launched its three day’s 12 hours online MDP on General Management Program for Young Managers for GAIL Training Institute, GAIL (India) Limited.The programme was inaugurated on 14thOctober 2020. The program aims to provide the learner with the perfect learning pathway to develop core competencies across four management disciplines viz. Marketing, Finance and Accounting, People Management, Operations Management.

Prof. (Dr.) Atmanand, Director-MDI Murshidabad graced the occasion by his august presence through web and inaugurated the event.In his inaugural address, he elaborated that these online courses are in continuation of the initiative taken by MDIM to cope up with the surrounding disruption and take advantage of the unprecedented growth of technology.He elaborated the fact that this course focuses on General Management techniques and tools to make the participants; leaders in their respective Organizations through effective decision making. He also emphasised that MDIM strives to make every student, change masters and thought leaders. MDIM offers global opportunities for its MDP participants through a multicultural blended environment.
