Orientation Programme-2022

MDI Murshidabad on 25th July, 2022 commenced the on campus orientation programme for its 9th batch of Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) students.

The ceremony commenced with the Lighting of the Lamp and Saraswati Vandana in the presence of the faculties, staff and students of MDI Murshidabad. The Director Prof.(Dr ) Atmanand then welcomed the new students with his motivational and inspirational inaugural speech, showing the students the path towards achieving academic excellence. Afterwards, there was an address by Chief Guest Ms. Anshula Verma, Director and National Head, Talent Acquisition at Ernst & Young LLP on the topic; “An ideal Employee- Employer Relationship”, educating the students about the significance of a strong, healthy relationship between the employers and employees.

The guest of honour Mohammad Afsar( Talent Acquisition Lead at OLX) addressed the students and educated them on the topic The first step of corporate ladder( The recruiting process and preparations).

The day concluded with an ice-breaking session filled with fun tasks, between the students of batch 2021-2023 and 2022-2024.

The Orientation Programme will be continuing for five days , during which the students will get acquainted with the functionaries of the institute. We would like to wish the very best to the Batch of 2022-2024. It is appropriately said that Always walk through life as if you have something new to learn and you will.
