Prof. (Dr.) Atmanand delivered a keynote address at the Business World Management Conclave

MDI Murshidabad is glad to announce that our esteemed Director Prof. (Dr.) Atmananad was invited as a guest speaker for the “Future of Management Education Conclave 2022” held on 25th February 2022.

It was one of the most prestigious educational events of 2022, with over 100 business school heads and thought leaders in attendance.

Prof. Dr. Atmanand spoke on “Post-Pandemic Classroom, Upgrading The B School Curriculum.” Sir talked about how making the students employable requires higher education institutions to take a proactive approach and switch focus from a conventional approach where knowledge forms the key element of curriculum to a constructive approach that focuses on the development of the learner. Therefore, higher education institutions must design a contemporary competencies-based curriculum that helps empower management students with critical cognitive and digital skills to thrive in the evolving digital economy.

The ideas presented by Prof. (Dr.) Atmanand were unique and could be a game-changer in the education world with the disruption caused by the pandemic and rapid digitization.
