Prof.(Dr.) Atmanand, Director, MDI Murshidabad & Director (Additional Charge), MDI Gurgaon as Chief Guest at the International Conference of IBS Gurgaon

We are delighted to share that “ICFAI Business School IBS Gurgaon” invited Prof.(Dr.) Atmanand, Director (Additional Charge)-MDI Gurgaon and Director-MDI Murshidabad as CHIEF GUEST in the Valedictory Session of International Conference on ”Management Imperatives for Sustainable Growth-Transformation Through Technology”on 24th August 2019.

He highlighted that the sustainable development involves the idea of leveraging the resources we have at present without compromising the needs of future generations. If this is our chosen destination, then technology is the vehicle which will lead us towards achieving this goal while management best practices represent the corpus which will drive and give direction to our pursuit.

He would like to introduce another element to this formula- the human element by which he does not mean human resource. What he means,instead, is the ethical factor; if we go back to even more rudimentary levels, it takes the form of empathy, kindness and selflessness. These are important dimensions for the cause of Nation Building.
