Management Development Institute Murshidabad is excited to share highlights from the second session of the Virtual Exchange Programme, a collaboration with Santa Fe College, Florida.

Led by Dr. Yogita Abichandani (MDI Murshidabad) and Dr. Rimjhim Banerjee-Batist (Santa Fe College), the second session was held on 19th February, 2025 which brought together Danish, American, and Indian students for an enriching cross-cultural exchange.

Participants engaged in thought-provoking discussions on entrepreneurship, exploring how different cultural backgrounds influence business mindsets, innovation, and leadership. Beyond entrepreneurship, the session fostered a deeper understanding of cultural differences, with students reflecting on workplace norms, communication styles, and education systems in their respective nations. Interactive icebreaker activities added a fun and engaging element, allowing participants to build connections, appreciate diverse perspectives, and strengthen collaboration.
