Successful Culmination of Certificate Course in General Management.

MDI Murshidabad completed the Certificate Program in General Management, which is designed for working professionals transitioning into leadership roles. The valedictory program concluded on March 19, 2022. The short-term program emphasizes advanced general management techniques, frameworks, methodologies, and tools, with a focus on instilling exemplary leadership in difficult managerial decision-making situations. The majority of the participants in this short-term course are from public-sector organizations and corporations. Prof. (Dr.) Atmanand, MDI Murshidabad Director, congratulated all stakeholders. He also thanked all of the participants for completing this certificate course in general management successfully. He encouraged them to apply what they had learned in this course to advance their professional careers with his inspirational and motivating message.

In his speech, Dr. Biranchi Narayan Swar, Dean, Continuing Education, emphasized the importance of continuous knowledge sharing and upgrading. Dr. Debasis Chanda, Dean Academic, congratulated all course participants and emphasized the importance of more programs. Dr. Souvik Banerjee, Dr. Bikramjit Paul, Dr. Neeraj Singhal, and Dr. Ravi Shankar Bhakat, Program Directors for the Certificate Program, have coordinated the successful completion of the cross-functional module attributes in this course.

The participants have been provided with an ideal learning pathway for developing core competencies in eight management disciplines, namely marketing, finance and accounting, human resources, operations management, economics, quantitative techniques, strategy, and information technology. Participants from renowned organizations shared their experiences with the MDI Murshidabad’s Continuing Education, namely a journey of lifelong learning.
